Fundraising update for Tizer (Wayne Tizzard)

Wayne started his journey to Spain to commence his treatment last week. The fundraising efforts of the local community and also the kindness of those further away has been outstanding.

After initially looking to raise £40,000, that target was quickly surpassed and now stands at £50,795 (as of 11th April) This is whilst we await more events that have been organised to raise money for Tizer.

This includes a bingo at the Queen Elizabeth school this Friday 15th April and the eagerly awaited Football match organised between players of a Bromyard XI versus a Bromyard Legends side that will contain players known to many in the local community including Darren Lynch, Mark Dayson, Dave Harding, Martin Corbett, and many others.

The game kicks off at 2pm at Bromyard Football Club, Delahay Meadow and is followed by an auction that will include many items that will be highly sought after.

Bromyard FM will be broadcasting live from the event amongst other local news organisations
